Technical assistance

COLORADO has had an efficient customer relationship management system for several years, which allows meeting the needs of its various partners (painters, architects, designers ...) and satisfying all of its customers. In a quest for continuous improvement, COLORADO has created a new service called "Technical assistance" by providing our customers with a mobile team of technicians, dedicated to advising and supporting the customer in choosing the paint system adapted to his need, assist the painters during the application of new products and decorative effects, as well as ensure the monitoring and continuous control of the painting work on the various construction sites.
